Yoga Books

Recently many friends and students have asked me some yoga book recommendations to start a self study journey. So I’ve decided to share some that are not solely focused on postures/asanas. You can find them in many bookstores or Amazon. Most of them I have on Kindle because it’s easier to carry while traveling, cheaper and more sustainable! I really want to hear your suggestions and if you’ve already read some of them. Hope you enjoy! 🙏🏽

This is my Amazon list to my yoga book recommendations.

Namaste!
